Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping promotions may be offered on selected products or orders from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking details (when available).

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in tracking your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Kirran Mart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged package and product. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
